Known Issues

Current Hot Issues in Blackboard Tech Support:

• If you copy and paste your "W-number", make sure there is not a space hiding after the last digit.
• If you registered late or have swapped classes:  Your new classes will appear within 12 hours.
  If your old class still shows on Blackboard, disregard it.  It will eventually be removed from your account.
• If you can't log in, remember to switch web browsers.  Everyone should have more than one web browser at their disposal. Firefox is a good secondary browser.
